  • MSA Tool — Bias, Linearity, Stability, Gage R&R

    MSA Tool — Bias · Linearity · Stability · Gage R&R

    Pick a study, enter measurements and the tool computes summary metrics. This is an engineering aid — interpret results with your quality criteria.
  • Gage R&R Study — Two-way ANOVA (Crossed)

    Gage R&R Study — Two-way ANOVA (Crossed)

    Enter number of parts, operators, repetitions and paste measurements for each Part×Operator cell (values comma-separated). The tool runs ANOVA, estimates variance components, GRR, % contribution and ndc.
    Format example for 3 parts × 2 operators × 2 reps (p=3,o=2,r=2):
    P1O1: 10.02, 9.98
    P1O2: 10.05, 10.01
    P2O1: 9.70, 9.75
    P2O2: 9.68, 9.72
    P3O1: 10.40, 10.45
    P3O2: 10.38, 10.42

    Notes
    • This tool assumes a crossed study: all operators measure all parts, with r repeated measurements per Part×Operator cell.
    • Variance components estimated by method-of-moments from ANOVA mean-squares:
      σ²_e = MSE
      σ²_po = max(0,(MS_PO - MSE)/r)
      σ²_p  = max(0,(MS_P  - MS_PO)/(o*r))
      σ²_o  = max(0,(MS_O  - MS_PO)/(p*r))
    • GRR includes repeatability (EV), reproducibility (AV), and interaction (IOV): GRR = sqrt(EV² + AV² + IOV²).

    Process Capability Index Calculator

    Calculate Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk. Provide either raw measurements (optionally subgrouped) or mean & std directly.

  • DOE — Full Factorial Generator & Basic ANOVA

    DOE — Full Factorial Generator & Basic ANOVA

    Enter factor names and their levels (comma-separated). Example: Temp:Low,High or Speed:100,200,300. Then generate runs, paste response values (one per run) and analyze.

    Notes: This tool computes factor SS by comparing group means (suitable for multi-level). For two-level factors it also reports main effects (difference of level means). If you need interaction contrasts, fractional designs, blocking, or replicated ANOVA with nested/error structure, I can extend it.
